    <para>Harmonies constitute a complete assembly of rules to give a
      maximum of freedom to the Game Master, as for characters
      creation as for the way to resolve the action.  The GM will find
      here everything needed to describe actors and objects appearing
      in her games, as well as a general resolution mechanic.  So, the
      game give a great freedom of choice to the GM, either for the
      descriptions of elements, as well for the issue of the
      characters' actions.</para>
